iPad being used to eliminate paper

It looks like an 18th century town of Williamsburg, VA is upgrading their staff members of the city council to reduce their paper usage. Now to clarify, there are only 5 members, but the step is a small plus for the city council. It seems that they use about $2000 worth of paper just printing out packets for their meetings that they have on a regular basis. Plus this gives them a quick way to communicate as well in the meetings. The overall paper consumption will begin to dwindle as well, and may begin to spread the idea around. It seems that also Hampton City council seems to anticipate saving $18,000 this year, as well as other surrounding cities. They seem to feel they are finally stepping into the 21st century.
