After checking the Philips website, I found the solution. You must insert a 1GB or larger SD card into the player due to some Blu-ray movies having a large amount of content. Material regarding a camera on the iPod touch was one possibility we considered, and a case for such iPod touch was produced and distributed mistakenly. We know this can cause confusion and quite a stir, but we've worked together with our retail partners and these cases have been removed from store shelves.
